Machined type needle roller bearings with inner ring

This type of needle bearing is used where the shaft is not hardened and precisely ground.

 

Both rings are separate, so the bearing consists of rings, a cage and needles. The cage is used to guide a large number of needle rollers and prevent them from falling out of the bearing.

 

An important feature of needle bearings is their large load rating and low sectional height. This means these bearings meet the requirements for lightweight construction, transmitting high performance in a small space.

These bearings are supplied with sealing rings on one or both sides. The seal is made of a special synthetic rubber and effectively prevents dust penetration and grease leakage.
