Linear bushings

Ball linear bushings provide accurate linear motion guidance. This linear motion mechanism utilises the rotational motion of ball elements. Since linear motion is obtained using a simple mechanism, the slide bush can be used in a wide variety of applications. Linear rolling bushings achieve significantly low friction, low noise, high speed and smooth running.

Linear ball bearings are made in both open and sealed versions, with adjustable clearance, in open, flanged and extended types, in metric and inch dimensions, as well as in stainless steel.

A wide assortment of many designs and sizes of linear bushings can be used in almost every application, including transportation equipment, food processing equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.

TOPBALL linear ball bushings by NB

These are self-aligning, so they can compensate any slight misalignment between the shaft and the housing bore. They are characterised by up to three times load capacity thanks to the special ball guide and thus the extended service life. They have adjustable clearance and a special anti-corrosion design.

These are also produced in inch types.
