Single-row angular contact ball bearings – standard series

Single-row angular contact ball bearings are suitable for medium radial loads and medium axial loads in one direction. They are also suitable for high speed applications. The direction of the forces transmitted from one ring to the other and the plane perpendicular to the bearing axis, forms the contact angle.

 

Standard angular contact bearings have a contact angle of 40° (symbol B ) or 30° (symbol A) and are suitable for all common applications. They are produced with different types of cages: Steel (W), polyamide (T85), L-PPS (T7) or brass (MR).

 

Single-row angular contact ball bearings with a smaller contact angle are primarily intended for high-precision or high-speed applications.

Single-row angular contact ball bearings can also be supplied as universal matched bearings (G, SU). This design makes it possible to assemble bearings in pairs and other bearing arrangements universally, without grinding faces or fitting spacer rings. A pair of single-row angular ball bearings is suitable for large radial and axial loads. Depending on the mutual arrangement of the bearings, the pairs are axially loadable in one direction (tandem arrangement DT) or in both directions (DB arrangement O and DF arrangement X).
