Standard series ground ball screws are used in the widest range of applications. These products have a compact design, low running noise and high speed.

Ground ball screws are supplied in many different designs, in varying degrees of precision, with different clearances and with machined or unmachined shaft ends.

Maintenance-free alternative with lubrication unit K1.

Ground ball screws are also produced in a wide range of stainless steel versions.

NSK ground ball screws, FA series

We have plenty of this very compact design for high speeds (up to 5000 rpm) available in our standard stock.

They are ready for assembly, with machined shaft ends and compact nuts with a BSS end deflector.

There are three types produced in this series:

PSS type: Basic version for general use, accuracy grade C5, no clearance, grease LR3
FSS type: Designed for material handling, accuracy grade CT7, minimal clearance, grease PS2
USS type: High-precision design, accuracy grade C3, no clearance, grease LG2

NSK ground ball screws, A series

Ready for assembly, these have a machined shaft end and integrated nuts, and are produced in many different combinations of shaft and nut diameters.

There are three types produced in this series:

MA type: Miniature series, shaft diameter 4–16 mm, with deflector, accuracy grade C3, grease PS2
FA type: Standard series, shaft diameter 10–32 mm, return tube/end cap, accuracy grade C3 and C5, grease LR3
KA type: Stainless steel series, shaft diameter 6–20 mm, deflector/return tube/end cap, accuracy grade C3 and C5

NSK ground ball screws, S series

The S series have integrated nuts and unmachined shaft ends for easy reworking. They are produced in accuracy grade C5 and their stock availability is very good.

There are four types produced in this series:

MS type: Miniature series, shaft diameter 4–16 mm, unmachined shaft ends, accuracy grade C5

FS type: For small equipment, unmachined shaft ends, shaft diameter 10–32 mm, accuracy grade C5

SS type: Series for machine tools, unmachined shaft ends, shaft diameter 20–50 mm, with deflector/return tube, accuracy grade C5

SD type: Stainless steel version, with integrated nut and unmachined ends, accuracy grade C5, very good stock availability.
